OFF SITE ACTIVITIES
Rock Climbing : The site is within easy reach of the Peak District national Park, in which there are many popular rock climbs.
Pot Holing and Caving : Castleton is close by and offers facilities for both.
Fell Walking : The Camp Site is at the foot of the Derbyshire Peak District and Pennines thus providing ample scope for walking including Kinder Scout & Bleaklow.
Bathing and Swimming : Public Baths at Marple and Romiley.
Fishing and Boating : The Roman Lakes provide fishing and boat facilities. (Canoeing only on our lake).
Canoeing : Peak Forest Canal and River Goyt.
Horse Riding : See Camp Warden.
Rope Race : Indoor climbing wall and activity provider.
